Privacy Policy for “Plan dnia”

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This document explains what data the “Plan dnia” application processes — in particular data obtained from a Google account — for what purpose, and under what conditions.

In short: the application reads the Google Calendar solely to determine which hours are already occupied by meetings. It never writes to or modifies the calendar. No data is shared with or sold to anyone. There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising.

The controller of data processed by “Plan dnia” is:

2. About the application

“Plan dnia” (Polish for “daily plan”) is a personal daily planner. In the morning it presents the tasks planned for the current day; in the evening it prepares a proposed plan for the next day. It draws data from the Plane project management system, from Google Calendar and from entries created by the user. Notifications are delivered through the Matrix messenger.

The application runs inside the controller’s private network and is not publicly available. This page is informational only.

3. What Google account data is accessed

The application requests a single Google data scope, in its read-only variant:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly

This scope allows reading events from the user’s calendars. It does not allow creating, modifying or deleting events. From each event the application uses:

The application does not access event descriptions, attachments, other attendees’ details, or any other Google account data. It does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Photos.

4. Purpose of processing

The sole purpose of reading the calendar is to identify hours already occupied by meetings, so that planned tasks do not collide with those meetings. Calendar events are displayed to the user alongside the task list in the user’s own daily plan view.

Calendar data is not used for any other purpose — in particular it is not used for profiling, model training, ad targeting or behavioural analysis.

5. Data retention

6. Data sharing

None. Data obtained from the Google account is not transferred to third parties, sold, traded or shared for marketing purposes. It is not passed to advertising systems, data brokers, or to any models trained on user data.

Access is limited to the controller, and only to the extent necessary to operate and maintain the application. Data is not shared with other users of the application.

7. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics

Neither this website nor the application uses marketing cookies or any tracking tools. There is no web analytics, no tracking pixels, no social plugins and no advertising. The public pages load no resources from external servers.

8. Security measures

9. Revoking consent and deleting data

Consent for access to Google Calendar can be revoked at any time:

After consent is revoked the application loses the ability to read the calendar and the stored credentials are deleted.

A request to delete all data associated with an account — including the user’s own tasks and credentials — can be sent to kontakt@sparktech.com.pl. Requests are handled without undue delay, and no later than within 30 days.

10. Compliance with Google policies

Plan dnia’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Changes to this policy

Should the way data is processed change, this document will be updated and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will be revised.
